Regarding shortage of time in descriptive round.

In 2nd stage we're supposed to write the answers in the form and we haven't been told anything about the characters that it can take. After the exam was over when we tried to submit it said too large response. Fine we're told to submit the answer in pdf format in email . But in such chaos and in such a short Span of time how we're supposed to create a pdf and then specify the question no. and everything? Moreover there was netwrok issue this side. We were 4mins late to submit the pdf . Now God knows what will be results but this wasn't expected from such an esteemed institution. Such last moment changes , chaos everything.
